We have been notified that a patient received a fraudulent (spam) phone call that appeared to come from our office. During this call, the individual requested the patient’s Social Security number and other personal information.

Please be advised that our office will never call you to request personal information such as your Social Security number.

If you receive a call like this, do not provide any information. Hang up immediately and notify our office as soon as possible so we can document the incident.
