Disenfranchised Grief

“Workplace grief frequently manifests as the loss of social connections rather than the job itself. Since many professional friendships are context-dependent, they often dissolve after a transition, leaving a void.

Realizing that a colleague did not value the bond as deeply as you did can be particularly jarring. This 'disenfranchised grief'—loss that isn't always socially recognized—requires intentional emotional processing to move forward."

It is important to release all forms of grief, grief turns to anger, anger turns to rage.
