You can join Josh on the mat every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm. With a rich background in various yoga traditions and a deep connection to the philosophy of Vedanta, Josh is passionate about guiding students toward inner unity and transformation.

🧘‍♂️ About Josh:
"Yoga is formless. I chose to embody all aspects of yoga."
Josh’s journey began in 2000 after completing Reiki levels in Ireland, and since then, his practice and teaching have evolved through dedicated study and experience. His training includes Hatha, Ashtanga, Anusara, Yin, Ayurveda, and a profound 300-hour shamanic Hatha-based program.

His approach is rooted in Vedanta, emphasizing that all reality is one and encouraging students to transcend self-identity and realize their unity with Brahman.
