This YIN Yoga class is almost full. This seated yoga practice is a great 1st time yoga class that targets ligaments and connective tissue. Pranayama and breath work will be used in every practice. Offered through the ICL at Young Harris College, this class runs 8 weeks from April 23 through May 22. Send me a message for more information.
