Life has a way of throwing you plot twists but also bringing you full circle 🌿
With a new and exciting career on the horizon, I’ve made the difficult decision to step back from most of my yoga classes.
Updates will be posted about my last teaching days, as well as the incredible team of instructors stepping in for me.
You’ll still be able to find me every Monday evening at , every Tuesday evening at , as well as the occasional goat yoga or special event 🐐
I remain so, so, so humbled by the love and the support I have received over the years, as well as the encouragement and kindness in the transition period. You all have truly made my practice and heart full ❤️
