Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy is simply amazing! I am Blessed to help children and adults through this process and I praise God for using me. Below are the before and after symptoms of a 7 year old male. He was a wonderful patient and his hard work really paid off!

My 9 year old son recently completed 9 months of myofunctional therapy with Stina. The main issues that he needed help with were mouth breathing, snoring, a small tongue tie, and crowded teeth. Stina was great to work with! She customized a treatment plan that worked with our schedule. She was kind and helpful any time we ran into issues. She even gave us alternative exercises we could do when my son had difficulty. She would check on us between sessions and encourage us along the way. It's amazing to see the results my son had! He now sleeps with his mouth closed, no more snoring, and an increased range of motion with his mouth. As a bonus, we have noticed less colds, illnesses, and strep. He also used the Vivos appliance in conjunction with the myofunctional therapy. His teeth are starting to go into place and hopefully this will eliminate the need for braces.
