I topped mine with a maple peanut butter drizzle, cacao nibs, almonds + chia for that crunchy, satisfied, steady-energy breakfast.

Vanilla Amore Power Pancakes
with Maple Peanut Butter + Cacao Nibs Crunch
Ingredients (1–2 servings)
• Dilettoso Vanilla Amore Pancake Mix
• Water or milk (use what the bag calls for)
• 1–2 tbsp peanut butter
• 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
• Toppings:
• cacao nibs
• sliced almonds
• chia seeds
• optional pinch flaky salt
Maple PB Drizzle
In a small bowl mix:
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• splash of warm water (just enough to make it pourable)

How to make
1. Mix batter using the package directions.
2. Cook pancakes on a warm skillet until golden and fluffy.
3. Whisk drizzle until glossy + pourable.
4. Stack pancakes, drizzle with maple PB, sprinkle with:
cacao nibs + almonds + chia
5. Optional: a tiny pinch of salt to make flavors pop.
