The Webster Technique is a chiropractic technique involving the assessment of and adjustment to a woman's sacrum (and associated soft tissues) during pregnancy.

By improving the alignment of the pelvis, we can improve the biomechanics of the pelvic region and improve the nerve function to the area.

Why would a newborn need chiro care?
-Many babies are brought into this world under a lot of stress- think malposition in-utero, a difficult labor and delivery, forceps/vacuum-extraction, excessive pulling and twisting on the head, etc.
-This mechanical stress/trauma to a newborn's neck is often the source of a baby's misalignment (of the neck and/or cranium)
-Left unaddressed, this can lead to troubles with latching and nursing, reflux, constipation, fussiness, and more.
-It's always a good idea to get your baby checked by a pediatric chiropractor within the first week of life!
