7 ‘pm’ for the time! 🤣

My purpose in developing Avodah has always been on the foundation of accessibility-

💯ADA accommodations for access of facilities and massage tables, Licensed professional trained in maneuvers for access to ancillary modalities.
💯accessibility of scheduling hours
💯accessibility of price point
💯Accessibility of varied techniques and specialities of our Licensed Massage Therapists (You guys, we all practice VERY differently- for a very good reason: EACH of you!).

While our massages are by appointment, vary per Therapist, and differ from our administration hours- the overal coverage is as follows:
Mondays from 7:45am-8pm
Tuesdays from 6am- 7pm
Wednesdays from 6am-9pm
Thursdays from 6am- 10pm
Fridays from 6am- 6:30pm
Saturdays from 6am- 5pm
Every other Sunday from 7am- 5:45pm

Ugh! The dreaded ‘bad review’…

Tani here! I’ve held a lot of gratitude for the amazing support Avodah has received! Now, I also need to hold gratitude for some ‘areas of consideration’ given in review. 9 paragraphs, subtitled, of critical thoughts expressed.

I was a bit insufferable in the couple of days processing those paragraphs. I’ll take a bad review all day long- if it’s for ‘good reason’.

Someone I wholly respect had said to me, prior to their medical situation, “everybody has a bad day, you just hope their bad day isn’t on your appointment day”. And it’s true.

This review was simply largely unfounded- I truly don’t understand where much of the content came from- all of the ‘lacking items’ we had available on location at the time of service (and before).
Some areas were easily explainable, had the chance been provided- However I had not met this person.
Please know I ALWAYS welcome the opportunity to address anything Avodah brings to you.

There was one area for consideration, where we were already mulling over what the best approach would be, that has since been addressed. That area had nothing to do with service provision, more of an aesthetic.

I feel like this situation has allowed an opportunity to share who we are and what we do a little more thoroughly, In the coming days. Perhaps detail FAQ’s. Ultimately, invite you to please chat with us if there are areas you feel are wonderful… Or areas that offer another perspective to consider.
We want to be here for YOU. The truth is, we may not be able to meet everyone’s needs; however, that won’t stop us from trying to meet everyone where they’re at in what is sought after.

Thank you for being here- from wherever you met us in our stages of growth- you are appreciated and valued!
