It was perfect for me for years. It wasn't. For years I worked with people who wanted to take an active part in bettering their business. But then something seemed to shift. People no longer wanted to do the work; they wanted a quick fix. I couldn't work that way so I decided to transition out of that job into something more aligned with myself. I wanted to help people feel better - physically, mentally and emotionally. I decided to study Bowen therapy because I liked its philosophy and I was very much excited by what it could do for clients without undue physical stress on them or the practitioner. The name of my business - balancing act therapies - came to me because life really is a balancing act and my vision/mission is to help people feel better in their day to day lives, while maintaining well-being in their work/life balance.
