An Above & Beyond Award x 2! “I need to share with you how much I appreciate and enjoy working with Director of Nursing Jeni and Social Services & Admissions Director Kaitlyn. They both are extremely professional. They continually have the best interest in mind for their current residents, as well as potential residents. They continually show respect and compassion towards their current residents and potential residents of Dove Healthcare - Bloomer. I would not hesitate to have my family member come to Dove Healthcare - Bloomer knowing Jeni and Kaitlyn would be working with my loved one. They truly care, and it shows in every interaction I have with them. They have the best communication with me. I wanted you to know that you have an excellent team with Jeni and Kaitlyn. We were 'Welcomed to Delicious' at Culver's where we enjoyed butterburgers, cod dinners, and CUSTARD! Helpful and friendly employees only added to the meal experience. Clara, one of our tenants, knits sweaters in her free time that she donates to children's hospitals. Please consider supporting our first Swing for a Cause! We need 4-person teams and sponsors.

Your support will help us add a community events pavilion to our grounds on Duncan Road. Every summer, we host multiple community outdoor concerts. On average, 100 people attend each concert. A pavilion would enhance event safety (currently hosted in parking lot) and musician / attendee comfort and enjoyment as well. Future community events with this pavilion may include farmers markets and opportunity for area businesses and residents to host parties, reunions, and more.

It is the season for hazards and holes… so we held the “Dove Mini Golf Open!" We learned two things about our golfers: 1) We made the course WAYYYYYYY too easy and 2) They are creative problem solvers. Holes with coconuts, sunglasses, and crab hazards blocked the way to success for very FEW individuals. Holes in one were not unusual! Watch out next time, because the course is about to step up to Masters level!

Emily is responsible for overall performance and operations, which includes supervising the assisted living directors and assisted living nurse consultants. Our assisted living locations will benefit greatly from an enhanced, collaborative focus on developing goals, implementing strategy, identifying efficiencies, and leveraging resources

Dove Healthcare has experienced great success over the years with our HomeGROWN approach: recognizing passion, dedication, and capabilities in team members and then supporting them with growth as opportunity arises.

Emily is the perfect fit for this new position having achieved multiple promotions since joining our team almost 10 years ago. She has advanced from resident assistant, lead resident assistant, assistant director, director, multi-location director, and administrator.
