The IRS has announced new Health Flexible Spending Account (FSA) limits for the 2026 plan year:

The employee pre-tax contribution limit will increase to $3,400 (up from $3,300 in 2025).
The carryover limit for unused funds rises to $680.
Employers may choose to set a lower contribution cap but must update plan documents and communicate changes to employees during open enrollment.
