Late, but never forgotten: Happy Case Management Week for our amazing Case Manager, Miss Kim 💙

Kim’s role is such a vital and important piece of the puzzle within the nursing home! She’s essentially a liaison, communicating between the insurance companies by giving clinical updates and the facility to ensure that the patient is getting the best possible care. She works hard and diligently in order to get the extensions from the insurance companies for our patients to continue to get better and safely return home. Kim is a big patient advocate who is always behind the scenes, we greatly appreciate her and what she does 🌟💙

Congratulations Hannah! She is Woodward Hills’ Employee of the Month for October 2025! Hannah is one of our Social Workers that has been working here for about a year. She is kindhearted, patient, and reliable.

Hannah is the type of person to always be there for you, has great listening skills, caring, and is very empathetic; she will continually check in with you to make sure you are okay. She will take time to talk with the residents and their families to fully explain and understand the next steps. She will go the extra mile to make sure the resident, and their families have what they need.

Her free spirit and kid-at-heart personality makes her a loveable person. With a big smile on her face, she works hard at her job and is passionate about helping others. All of which makes her more than deserving of the Employee of the Month Award! Congratulations Hannah! 🧡

Happy Customer Service Week to our Admissions & Concierge Team ✨

The Admissions Teams role is managing the resident intake process, which involves coordinating with families and hospitals, handling paperwork, and ensuring all necessary medical documentation is complete.

The Concierge's job description includes acting as the first point of contact to greet residents, families, and visitors, putting together our welcome bags, and providing excellent customer service.

Both providing tours, explaining facility policies, preparing rooms, and helping new residents transition smoothly while maintaining compliance with regulations. Thank you to the trio, we appreciate you so much! 💙

Congratulations Ashanti! She is Woodward Hills’ Employee of the Month for September 2025! Ashanti has been working as a nurse primarily on Brae Burn for the last two years! She is caring, personable, and a team player.

Ashanti’s incredible work ethic does not go unnoticed by her coworkers, residents, and their families. She is attentive to her residents, goes above and beyond with daily tasks, and is great with residents’ families. She is very thorough and detailed when communicating with others. She is one to go a step further to not only do her job efficiently, but to help the next person taking over after her.

Ashanti has the ability to light up any room with her energy and her kindness truly makes her one of a kind. She is known to be the friendliest social butterfly to walk around these halls. All of which makes her more than deserving of the Employee of the Month Award! Congratulations Ashanti!
