Congratulations Mylaysha! She is Woodward Hills’ Employee of the Month for March 2026! Mylaysha is the Nurse Manager for Kingsley and Brae Burn. She has been working here for 2 reliable years, she won Nurse of the Year 2024, and she has made a lasting impact on all around her!

She is a great leader, has the willingness to help wherever she is needed, and ensures things get done quickly and correctly. Mylaysha is the type of person that will never hesitate or back down when things get hard, she is a true inspiration of what good work ethic and a team player is.

Mylaysha always has a smile on her face, a bubby personality, a gravitating energy, and is such a positive light that fills the halls. Today our hearts were both heavy and full as we gathered to honor someone who meant so much to our facility. After 31 years of dedicated service, we said goodbye to a truly special member of our family, Debbie ❤️

Today, surrounded by many past and present employees, we released balloons in her honor as a symbol of our love, gratitude, and the incredible legacy she leaves behind!
