Today is the first day of Women's History Month. Let's build on the legacy of those trailblazers and heroines who have guided the course of history and those who have and are currently shaping our future.

I spent 4 years in a program that was comprised 90% of women. Let me tell you that all that junk about women not getting along and starting drama is not true. I spent four glorious years in awe of my classmates. They were, without a doubt, the most kind-hearted, determined, smart, hilarious, and passionate group of women that I have ever met. I am proud to work alongside amazing women furthering our ND profession and giving voice to underserved populations-women in general, women of color, and LGBTQIA+ individuals who identify as women or other genders. Happy Women’s Month, everyone. We are stronger together.

The mass shooting at Michigan State University is a tragedy that has left a wake of devastation in its path. I feel especially rattled by what happened because Michigan State University is my alma mater. I strolled the beautiful campus, ate lunch at the Union, and had classes at Berkey Hall. I can't begin to imagine what the faculty, support staff, and students are going through. Like most people, I have felt helpless and angry in the face of such tragedy. I want to support my Spartan Community through my clinic.

I am offering a free 30-minute telehealth appointment to all current MSU students, support staff, and faculty to address stress, mood, and sleep difficulties. I will be offering this assistance for the entirety of this semester. Please share this with anyone you know who might be in need.

New Year, New Look!

The new year is the perfect time to reflect upon the year gone by and to approach the upcoming year with purpose, intention, and clarity.

I am grateful for the growth and knowledge I have gained since opening my practice in 2019-what a different world that was! Upon reflection, however, I realized that my old logo and brand colors no longer aligned with my goals for the future. I have a desire to create a larger impact and as my vision and goals expand, so does my brand!
