Lately I’ve been taking time to slow down and reconnect with the intention behind Casita Zen.

What started as small, intimate wellness gatherings in my studio apartment was never really about the space….it was about creating moments where people could pause, breathe, and feel supported in community.

I’m feeling inspired to slowly return to sharing more here and continuing to create those kinds of spaces together. 💜

Reflecting on this past year and noticed that it was a bit softer & a bit slower than the previous years. I was met with some challenges and changes in the beginning of the new year but I made it a point to put my well being first.

I always remind myself that this type of work isn’t meant to be rushed. There will be periods of rest but also periods of renewal. I’m so grateful for the human beings I’ve connected with this year (and also the ones I’ve connected with throughout this journey).

I’ll be taking the winter off, with the exception of Sundays at .tpg , to rest & recharge. Thank you so much for being here xo Mels 💜
