To our clients, vendors, followers, friends, and team members,

The Organic Food Incubator will be closed for Election Day, November 5, 2024.

We will resume normal business hours on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at 9:30 am.

This is a non-partisan decision. At the Organic Food Incubator, the owners and management team believe that it is our obligation to provide every employee with the opportunity to execute their civic duty to vote.

We do this without offering any direction, pressure, or influence on how to vote.

To afford every United States Citizen employed by the Organic Food Incubator this opportunity, the OFI is offering a paid day off.

We believe that Election Day should be a National Holiday as it is the single most important day of the year for our great nation. And every American should have the broadest, easiest access to the election polls, unhindered by the need to earn a salary to support their families.

We encourage our many partners, clients, vendors and friends to offer a similar opportunity to promote the largest possible turnout on election day. As we all know, more participation creates a greater country.

In the harvest season, farmers are often left with extra produce. In the old days, we would “can it” at home. But with all of our busy schedules, we often do not have time to do this and in a fully functioning farm there is little extra person-power to handle this job.
The Organic Food Incubator can do this for you. We love small farms!

Full service manufacturing including:
Regulatory documentation
Cooking and filling
Providing additional ingredients orpackaging (missing items, bottles, jars, and lids, etc)

The OFI will take in your fresh produce and convert it into a delicious preserved product that you can sell at your farm, farm stand or farmer’s market.

Do you have a recipe? That is great, we can scale it and use it!
DO you need a recipe? No problem, we have a catalog of great recipes from our culinary staff that we can provide for your product.

Small or large production runs available.
Minimum production size is 25 gallons. This is approximately 250 pounds of the main ingredient.
Maximum production size, well we have not found that yet.

1 week turnaround.

Some examples are:
Tomato sauce
Hot sauce
Vegetable sauces
Jams
Vegetable pickles
Soup

All vegetarian and nut free facility

All products are shelf stable with a 2 year Best by date.
