Happy work Anniversary to one of the best! Being dedicated to a small business for 8 years shows not only commitment but dedication to the people that walk into our office.
We are forever grateful to Cristina for all she does for us and our patients. If she's not answering phones, she's working on pre-authorizations, filling out forms, squeezing patients in to a schedule... among so many others feathers in her hat! We appreciate all she does!

Unfortunately, we have to put this reminder out in public. Our staff works extremely hard and go months without vacation to make sure our patients are taken care of like family. However, we are seeing an increase in demands with unacceptable language and behavior. Last minute physicals appointments are extremely hard to book - many parents and patients have scheduled months in advance in preparation of the upcoming school year and sports participation. Please be kind to the staff - it will work so much easier for everyone.
Reminder: Rudeness towards staff will not be tolerated, as it creates a negative and unproductive work environment. This policy aims to ensure a respectful and professional atmosphere for all employees. Disrespectful behavior, including verbal abuse, harassment, or discrimination, will not be accepted in any form.
