Bloomfield Dental Care The team at Bloomfield Dental Care embraces a “Patients First” philosophy. In our practice, you? Dr. Sara Rogers leads the staff with great success.

Bloomfield Dental Care was originally opened in March of 2014, with help from an experienced local staff, all native to Bloomfield and Fairfield. Our staff includes Julie Burns, Rhonda McGill and hygienist, Cindy Prewitt. In December of 2015, Bloomfield Dental Care became a satellite office of Bardstown Dental Care, Bardstown, Kentucky. Original owner, Dr. Josh Blackmon was eager to serve the Bloomfield community and bring quality compassionate dental healthcare to all. Dr. Blackmon is a 2006 graduate of the University Of Kentucky College Of Dentistry. Following dental school, he served as a Captain in US Army for 4 years providing care to soldiers deploying overseas and returning home. He then completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Kentucky and VA Hospital in Lexington. He, his wife Lindsay, and two daughters Lydia and Charlotte are proud to call Nelson County their home Dr. Sara is our primary provider and is a 2010 graduate of University of Louisville School of Dentistry. She practiced in Elizabethtown for four years prior to joining Bloomfield Family Dentistry. Dr. Sara is a native of Bloomfield and currently resides in Fairfield with her husband Clayton, along with their three children, John Clayton, Cora and Stallard. She is very active in their church and community and is proud to be serving patients in her hometown.
