Great to receive this type of note from one of our members. Way to go Morgan Carr
Dear Mary & Mark,
I wanted to share with you a very positive experience with you both after calling the CAFP last week to obtain help with my CME reporting requirements.
I left patience care a number of years ago and transitioned over to managed care and currently work as a Chief Medical Officer of a pharmaceutical company so I deal with CEO's, CMO's, DOI's etc. office's on a daily basis and interact with their staffs regularly.
When I called your offices I felt I had just been connected to the executive suite at Goldman Sachs, a young lady; Morgan Carr answered, she was so professional, knowledgeable and caring that I felt the need to offer my congratulations to you both on hiring such a talented individual to work at CAFP.
She procceded to make several called to AAFP to clarify how to satisfy my CME deficit and then called / emailed me back several times to be sure I was clear on what I needed to do.
This young lady is very well trained, talented and cares so nice it is to encounter a well trained individual who is qualified to do the job she was hired for especially these days.
In my opinion Morgan deserves to be placed on a " fast track" to a higher leadership position within your organization. She is a credit to everyone there as you do the hard work of supporting the Family Physicians of Connecticut.
I hope my letter is helpful in bringing the performance of this incredible young lady to your attention.
Kindest regards
