Dr. Schwartz retired effective January 1, 2025. Letters were mailed to patients and families, but if you did not receive it, a photo is available here. There is also a list of recommended pediatricians.
The office will remain open to handle questions and concerns related to the office closure for the next several months. Hours will vary, so please call ahead to make sure the staff is there.
