Feel better, Rebecca A.! Our amazing teacher broke her foot in two places and has to wear a boot for a few weeks. But that hasn’t stopped her! She’s still teaching her Hot 26 classes. She’ll be back to Hot HIIT when she can. In the meantime, we wish her speedy healing and extra rest.

Check the schedule. We run classes from 5:45 am to 7:30 pm to make it easier for you to fit it all in.

We have many reasons to love our student and karma yogi, Diane. Here’s one more: Yesterday, she completed her 800th class at ZURA after Kristen’s Saturday 9 am!

Obviously, she’s dedicated. But Diane is also funny, generous, caring, friendly and hardworking. The list goes on. We are thankful for her enthusiastic energy that is an important part of community.

Students were happy to celebrate her yesterday! We are, too. Congratulations, Diane. Thank you for being you!

Become a Hot HIIT teacher! Learn about this fun, intense workout from the best! Founder Monique Crous is coming to ZURA on Sundays 12/8 and 12/15 for a special in-person training. You’ll be able to teach this beat-based class that includes strength, cardio and flexibility moves. It’s creative and effective! (You also need to complete online modules beforehand.)
