✅ Eating enough during the day so they’re not starving at night
✅ Lifting 2–3x/week (not every day) to build strength and manage stress
✅ Drinking water, getting sleep, and adding protein, without overthinking it
✅ Saying yes to enjoying the season, absolutely guilt-free
