Dr. Flynn is a board certified, licensed pediatrician in New Jersey. He started this private pediatric practice because of the need to increasing access and availability of pediatric services to the children and families in the Bloomfield community and its surrounding areas. He is the sole proprietor and practitioner of Step By Step Pediatrics, LLC. The goal is to provides a higher quality of healthcare for the children in the community at every step from birth to adulthood. For the past 8 years, Dr. Flynn has provided care to the Bloomfield community as an employee in different clinical settings. He has prepared and researched the best situation possible and he is ready now to venture into his own practice. His vision is to create a true medical home where patients can always feel comfortable coming to see the doctor. He also strives to provide an environment where the doctor-patient/parent communication will be as effortless as possible. Dr. Flynn has a unique way with parents and their children; his position is that each child is special and parents like his mild manner and patient friendly communication. One thing that makes Dr. Flynn special is his commitment to help improve the human condition. Dr. Flynn served as a medical missionary in Haiti twice after the Haiti earthquake. He traveled with Arise and Walk Ministries Foundation to provide free medical care to the Haitian people and to give them the hope they need to get back on their feet. Certainly his compassion and dedication will come through in his practice of medicine and will help Step By Step Pediatrics become the successful practice the community needs.
