🫒 Cooked with olive oil only — no seed oils, ever
🥣 A house-made cashew chicken sauce made from soy sauce, oyster sauce, a touch of honey & lite brown sugar, plus lemon juice and rice vinegar for balance
🌶️ Fresh red & green bell peppers for crunch and color
🍚 Fluffy white rice as the perfect base
