It's National Handwashing Awareness Week! 🧼 As we gather with family and friends this holiday season, the simplest act can be the most protective: proper handwashing.

This is especially critical when visiting seniors or loved ones with compromised immune systems. Our caregivers make infection prevention a top priority, and you can too!

Here are the 5 essential steps to wash away germs:

Wet hands with clean, running water.

Lather with soap and scrub for at least 20 seconds (try singing "Happy Birthday" twice!).

Rinse well under clean, running water.

Dry using a clean towel or air dry.

Turn off the faucet with the towel to avoid touching the handle.
