We have multiple direct care staff opportunities open as well as one open Home Management position. Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass all required background checks. You must have valid driver license. Must have reliable transportation. Experience is preferred but not required. Training is provided. Home Manager must be willing to work full time hours. Direct care staff can apply for part time, full time, or weekend warrior shifts.

Direct Care Wage:$14 - 16.35 per hour
Manager Wage: $16 - 18.35 per hour

We do not require drug testing upon hire but retain the right to do so during employment.

2nd and 3rd shifts available. Direct care staff provide assistance in an adult foster care setting to traumatic brain injured or developmentally disabled individuals and/or those with diagnosed mental illness by assisting with completion of daily ADL’s, cooking, household assistance, passing medications, etc. No experience required. Training is provided. Must pass background check, have valid driver’s license and dependable transportation. Must be available to work every other weekend. Full-time and part-time positions are available. $14.00 per hour - Plus a $2.35 per hour covid pay. Locations include Gobles, Allegan, PawPaw, and GrandJunction.
