Day 42/43 ✅🪷

strength training has changed my yoga practice for the better. I feel more confident in my postures. I'm able to move more deeply and fully. My breath even feels like it has more space in my abdomen as I flow.

Admittedly, since I become the 60 day challenge, I've been very, very focused on following the program - as much as I was working out and eating healthy, it really is a lifestyle overhaul, and my personal yoga practice had fallen into the wayside a bit. It felt absolutely incredible to show up on my mat again yesterday.

Yogh is such a magnificent compliment to strength training, ensuring that your muscles stay loose and lengthen so you don't injure yourself or feel tight, but also reminding you to take that pause and slow down for yourself to really feel into your body.

Day 39 ✅ SAUNA TIME 🙌

I can't believe there's only 21 days left - I feel like I just started a 60 day journey yesterday!

I'm also so so close to a milestone, so hopefully within the next few days, I'll be able to share it with you while this challenge is still ongoing 😉

It's not as bad as you think! And there's sooo many good reasons to get it done. I have one Aunt (most likely 2) that tested positive for BRCA1 - I've thankfully tested negative but that doesn't mean I neglect my yearly screenings!! My apt just now took 20 minutes from check in to out the door 🤗
