Grateful to spend day two with my Reiki Level One group today. When you sign up for a Reiki certification class at Sacred Space expect the first day to be filled with learning and experiencing reiki and energy care. And then we meet again 6-8 weeks later to practice and review. This gives you time to take the learning with you and practice in real time over a few weeks. Integration time can be extremely helpful as you begin to embody this new frequency of energy ✨✨✨

Ending my day with a little sunshine 🌞 Today I was fortunate to sit with some amazing women! If you haven’t worked with me and wonder what a day at Sacred Space looks like, here’s a little peek 👀

Today I worked both virtually and in person. That’s the beauty of energy work, it knows no bounds 🙌🏻

We worked with:

- family dynamics and sovereignty
-discovering and connecting with spirit guides
-grief and loss of a dearly beloved pet
-working through life’s challenges one step at a time
-and we explored chakra balancing

Each client was guided through a short meditation, reiki was given and intuitive guidance was received. My sessions are well rounded with a variety of techniques and my greatest joy is to help you move from feeling overwhelmed by external noise to feeling empowered and at peace in your own radiant energy 🤍 ✨
