What is the Belief Code®?
The Belief Code® is an energy healing modality used to uncover and release unwanted, negative belief systems from the subconscious mind to free your mind, body and spirit. The Belief Code builds on the foundation of the Emotion Code®, and the Body Code™, and takes energy healing even further.

The Belief Code:
· Identifies faulty core beliefs, either single beliefs or belief systems
· Identifies associated imbalances related to those beliefs, such as trapped emotions
· Releases those related imbalances and beliefs energetically

What is a Belief System?
Our Core Belief System can impact how we view every aspect of our lives. Beliefs are created for survival purposes and most of them are entirely subconscious. They allow for us to have quick reactions and responses to life’s experiences. We can have beliefs about ourselves, about others and about the world. We acquire beliefs through self-conclusions, suggestions, or inheritance.

Sharing another great book to read. "Settled" is written by a physical therapist who explains the science behind stress in the body. It is written for easy understanding. She writes that stress is not just mental or emotional but physical as well. She offers many tools and bio hacks for helping to reduce and manage stress in our lives. There is even a QR code for videos on how to do each of the tools she shares. It is a quick read with valuable information for anyone. Enjoy!

It is not about what happened to you, but what didn't happen for you. Myself and so many of my clients resonate with this subject.

What is best for you? The Emotion Code or the Body Code?

Everyone can benefit from both of these energy healing modalities. Sometimes one is better than the other. Which is best for you?

The Emotion Code and Body Code are tools that can easily identify trapped energies and imbalances in the body and release them. By restoring balance to the energy of your body, we can help to create a state where your natural healing abilities can take over. Our body knows what we need to heal physically and emotionally. By tapping into the subconscious mind, we are guided to the energies and imbalances that need to be cleared.

The Emotion Code focuses on one of the most common types of imbalances, trapped emotions. Trapped emotions can be seen at the root of many issues, both physical and emotional. If you know you have a lot of emotional baggage, or a lot of emotional issues and/or you feel your issues may be rooted in trapped emotions, then the Emotion Code is a great place to start.

The Body Code builds on the Emotion Code, expanding on the types of imbalances it can address. The Body Code looks to identify other imbalances, in addition to trapped emotions, that may be underlying physical problems. The other types of imbalances include pathogens, nutritional deficiencies, toxicity, structural imbalances, circuitry imbalances (such as meridians or chakras), beliefs, and much more.

The Emotion Code itself can have profound results, whether the problem be physical or emotional. However, if your imbalances are stemming from something other than emotions, you may want to work with the Body Code. If you are still not sure which of these tools to use, we can always ask the subconscious mind and it will tell us what tool is best to address your specific concern.

Keep in mind that the Emotion Code and Body Code are not meant to diagnose or treat any disease or illness. They are used to remove the underlying imbalances that are contributing to the problems. If you have a serious illness, it is always best to consult with a medical professional. The Emotion Code and Body Code remove energetic imbalances and many people experience improvements in their physical, mental and emotional states after these imbalances have been cleared away.

DID YOU KNOW THAT EMOTIONS CAN BE INHERITED?

Just like the DNA for eye or hair color passed down from parent to child, the energy of trapped emotions can also be passed on to children. The science of Epigenetics shows us that emotional experiences can leave a chemical imprint on our DNA. This chemical imprint is then passed on to our children. This leaves people with emotions and feelings that are not their own.

Do you have emotions that you have experienced on and off for your entire life and don’t know why you feel that way? Do you have an inexplicable feeling of sadness, hopelessness, indecisiveness or perhaps anger and you have no past experiences to explain how you feel? These could very well be inherited emotions.

Emotional Healing Matters
When we heal from our emotional injuries, it helps us move forward in positive, healthy ways. Processing our feelings can allow us to express our emotions more clearly, improve our relationships, move on from negative experiences, and generally feel freer and happier in our lives.

Ways to Take Care of Your Emotional Health
• Be Aware of Your Emotions: Notice those things in your life that create negative feelings and emotions. When you notice that something in your life consistently produces negative emotions, that’s a sign that you should likely make a change to your behavior or situation. Similarly, notice the things and people that bring you joy, peace, and other positive emotions. Positive emotional reactions can be a sign to do more of that activity.
• Communicate Your Feelings: Let the people close to you know how you’re feeling. Healthy expressions of your feelings can benefit your emotional health, and also allows your friends and family to support you when you need it.
• Manage Stress: Stress is detrimental to your emotional and physical health, but there are many healthy ways to reduce your stress levels. Some activities that are proven to help manage stress are relaxation methods such as deep breathing, meditation, and exercise.
• Make Time for Things You Enjoy: Another powerful way to support your emotional health is by doing things you love to do. Activities such as painting, reading a book, traveling, taking a bath or anything that brings you happiness will help to relieve stress. It’s about making time to take care of yourself.
• Care for Your Physical Health: Our minds and bodies are deeply connected. If you haven’t been caring for your physical health, it’s very likely that it will impact your emotional health. Consistent exercise, healthy nutrition, and getting enough sleep can all help regulate your emotional well-being.
• Focus on the Positive: Work on shifting to an optimistic state of mind, by focusing on all the things you have to be grateful for. Notice the good things in your life, and spend time cultivating those. Negative emotions and experiences are bound to occur. However, if you give them fewer thoughts and less energy than the positive things, you’ll start to notice your outlook shifting.
• Energy Healing for Emotional Balance: Sometimes, past experiences can become lodged in the body as energy and can create imbalances that impact our emotional and physical health. This can make it much more challenging to process and release emotions that are holding us back from living our happiest, healthiest lives. Do you have past memories that keep haunting you? Experiences that keep replaying themselves over and over in your mind and you can't shut them out?

Our past emotional experiences get stored in our brain, our body and in our energy field. In order to remove those memories and gain freedom from them, you don't necessarily need to re-experience the events again, sometimes just acknowledging the event and the emotions that are there is all that is needed to get the stuck energy moving and feel better.

However, sometimes we need a little more help, especially if we don't remember the past events that are haunting us. They could be repressed memories from this lifetime or experiences from another lifetime that our soul remembers. Our Soul remembers everything and can affect us in profound ways, through triggering events, nightmares and repeating thoughts/memories, anxiety/depression or other physical or psychological issues and ailments.
