I started acupuncture with Cassie in August 2024 because I had heard it can be very helpful for migraines but it has given me so much more relief from everyday life than I ever expected!! The first time was very scary for me but Cassie has such a calm and caring presence, she checks in and creates such a serene environment for you to relax and receive the benefits of acupuncture in that I did just fine and have seen her every week since! Prior to starting acupuncture I was having migraines every 2-4 months and I'm down to having just 1 a year.

Throughout the fall and holidays of 2024, it was a unique experience to start seeing the benefit and what acupuncture could do for me. In the first month, missing a day made me realize how much anxiety I had been unknowingly living with and now almost a year in I have gotten the long term affects where I can miss a week/s and still feel good. I had random nights where I wasn't able to sleep that I shared with Cassie and after one session I was back to getting my 8 hours. When digestion has fallen behind Cassie has been able to get my body back on track. It's amazing to see how Cassie can take care of any complaints I have during my week!

My quest for migraine relief began because my husband and I were ready to start trying for a baby but I wanted a healthy pregnancy where I wasn't bringing in extra anxiety or pain to the experience. In January to my surprise I got pregnant on the first try but Cassie wasn't surprised at all because of all the work we had put into making my body happy. I'm almost 7 months pregnant now and my pregnancy has gone so smoothly and I credit it entirely to Cassie! When I started to have nausea she focused our sessions on relieving it, and my nausea was never able to get to the point where I was throwing up. I haven't had headaches, I have minimal water retention, she is able to relieve my acid reflex and I think I have been the most relaxed version of myself.

I'll be forever grateful to Cassie and the healthy peace she has brought to my life! If you are thinking anything in your life, mind or body, could even slightly be better I recommend meeting with Cassie!!
