Visit both locations during the event to get your punch card stamped - once you’ve got both punches, you’ll be entered to win this beautiful fall-themed basket full of cozy goodies, treats, and seasonal favorites! 🍁🧺

1️⃣ Pick up your Fall Festival punch card at either location.
2️⃣ Stop by Cedar Creek Assisted Living (2770 S Adams St) and Cedar Creek Memory Care (3203 E Moores Pike)

💜🐾 Cedar Creek Memory Care supports the Walk to End Alzheimer’s 🐾💜

Cedar Creek Memory Care was proud to be a sponsor at this year’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s, helping raise awareness and support for those affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementias. We were honored to serve as the Pet Area Sponsor, making sure our furry friends had a space to relax and recharge during the event.

We’re grateful to everyone who came out to walk, volunteer, or donate. Together, our community is taking steps toward a world without Alzheimer’s.

We had such a great time at our August Family Night, “Majors, Mascots, and Memories”! Residents, families, and staff came together to celebrate back-to-school season, share favorite school memories, and enjoy some classic tailgate treats. 📚🏈✨

Our residents also shared some words of wisdom for all the IU students returning to Bloomington this week! ❤️😊
