I moved!

I am excited to announce that GinkgoTree Healing & Education moved to a new location at 121 N Main, Suite 202 in downtown Bloomington, IL, effective April 11, 2025. My phone number and email address will remain the same. However, please update your records with the new address.

I’m thrilled about the move and believe it is part of my continued growth and commitment to providing you with the best possible services and education. I completed the moving process today and am fully operational in the new location.

After a review of several downtown properties, I decided that this new office space will be a great new home for my business. As you know, the previous office and lobby were quite small for classes and I needed a larger and more flexible space to accommodate students. The new office will give us that with a very large lobby area, a reservable conference room, a kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. My private suite will be used for 1:1 sessions and private discussions.

The new location is at the corner of Main and Washington Streets, diagonally across from the McLean County Museum of History. I’m on the second floor and this building has an elevator. There’s plenty of space to park since my hours are after the “normal” workday and Friday through Sunday afternoons. There are also shops, cafes, restaurants, and green spaces within walking distance.

Thank you for your continued support. I’m excited about this new chapter in my company's story.

Maybe you’ve been following me for a while now and are thinking, “Meh - my overwhelm could be worse…I’m sort of managing things…they aren’t debilitating…”

I hear this sometimes and I wonder what goes through people’s minds. Why do we... - Wait until things get really bad before we decide that we are worth prioritizing our health and wellbeing?
- Wait for a crisis?
- Decide that we only get to prioritize our own care and attention when we reach a point of despair or disaster?

Unfortunately, it's a case of putting ourselves last. We are not in crisis (yet), so everything else takes priority.

However, the best time to deal with feeling stressed out, exhausted, and disconnected is when it’s “not that bad”. When it’s “not that bad,” it is easier to transform…it’s less expensive, and you see results sooner.

Don’t wait for a crisis. You are worth investing in now.

A quick reminder that today is your last chance to sign up for my Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Teacher training coming up this weekend on January 24-26 and I’d like to see you there!

This class is for those wanting to be Reiki Masters as well as those Reiki Masters who want to deepen their understanding of Reiki and increase the effectiveness of their Reiki energy with Holy Fire® III. This class is a deeply healing experience.

To qualify to take this class, a student must have taken Reiki I&II and practiced Reiki II for at least six months. Also, a student must be able to draw the three symbols from Reiki II from memory.
