Angela and Elizabeth share love with the world through dancing, building, traveling and creating magic

We are dancing nomads spreading love and dance while traveling through this world. Angela leads the dance while being support and encouraged by Elizabeth. Dancing with them is a fun, dynamic, and love filled experience! Angela Williams is an ACE certified group fitness instructor and Nia Black Belt. She has been leading embodied movement classes and inspiring authenticity for over 10 years. Her classes are based in exercise science and embodied knowledge that is deeply rooted in the desire to create freedom, connect with community, and have an enormous amount of fun. The connections to the music and space to dance your own dance will get your heart pumping and enchant your spirit.
