Dear Friends,

Are you a woman in the midst of change—navigating menopause, new chapters, or simply searching for meaning? You're absolutely not alone. I invite you to join me for "Wellness Through Art," a five-week, soulful painting journey designed especially for women in transition.

Our next session begins **this Thursday**, and I'd love for you to be part of it. We'll meet live over Zoom for two hours each week, for five weeks—no art experience needed. It's a safe, welcoming space to reconnect with yourself, rediscover your creativity, and move through life's changes with support and grace, all from the comfort of your own home.

If Thursday doesn't work, another session is starting soon! Both workshops are created for women seeking a deeper connection—to themselves and to others walking a similar path.

This week, I had a powerful reminder of just how impactful the work we do can be. A client came in this week about a week and a half post-op, having had multiple procedures. She was nearly 60 degrees bent over and struggling with mobility. Using the techniques you all know, we focused on the areas she felt most needed attention. By the end of the session, she was standing almost fully upright and feeling so much more comfortable. I am ALWAYS so happy for the results my clients get on my table and you can have that too.
