Shannon Guy Healthspot Welcome all! I am a Health/Wellness Coach Trainee, licensed Nutritionist, and Zumba Instructor Welcome!

I am a health and wellness coach in training with the desire to help meet you where you are on your health and wellness journey and help empower you to take over the driver seat. I hold the following certificates and licenses: Nutrition Coaching, through ISSA, Group Fitness Instructor, through ISSA, Pregnancy and Post Partum Coaching, through Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, and I am a licensed Zumba

(R) Instructor in three contents: regular Zumba (R), Zumba Gold (R) which is modified to be a low impact workout for those who need it, and ZumbaKids (R). Additionally, I am studying to be a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga MedCo, with the intent to be registered under the National Yoga Alliance.
