Dear Friends,
Welcoming Spring: A time for natural and personal renewal
As winter wanes and recedes back into the vastness of space and time, we, too, prepare to shed the weight and dampness of the past. The rhythms of winter draw us inwardfor renewal, preservation, and the gathering of energy deep within. Now, with Spring's arrival, we begin to break new ground, reaching outward once more toward the eternal light.
In these past months, as I have walked alongside many of you, a shared theme has emerged: loss, uncertainty, and the search for meaning in times of great change. The personal and the global seem intertwined, reflecting both challenge and transformation. We are in a time of deep reckoningyet also a time of possibility. Healing is not just a solitary endeavor; it is something we find together, through support, connection, and presence.
Grief, change, and the weight of the past shape us in ways we don't always see. We carry what has beensometimes so subtly that we don't even realize how much we've held onto. But healing isn't something we do alone. Too often, we isolate in our pain, believing we must bear it ourselves. Yet, true healing happens in connectionwhen we allow ourselves to be met, to be supported, and to receive the care that helps shift what lingers beneath the surface.
Return to Center: A Spring Reset for Body & Being
This isn't about techniqueit's about presence. Every session is an integration of all I have to offer, meeting you exactly where you are. Whether through deep structural work, subtle energetic balancing, or somatic unwinding, the session unfolds in response to what is needed. Nothing special is required to access this level of careit is inherent in the work itself.
Availability is Limited
As the season shifts, my schedule is filling quickly. To ensure you receive the care and space you need, I encourage you to book early. I've set aside dedicated times for this Spring reset, but once they're filled, I won't be able to add more until later in the season.
If this resonates with you, reach out now to schedule your session. Let's create the space to move beyond holding and Spring into healing.
I look forward to hearing from you. And meeting you in this new and fertile ground!
With care,
Zachary Scott
P.S. A few openings have been carved out of my schedule to accommodate longer sessions of 2 hours by request to allow for a deepening to occur in a focused treatment.
