“This is what excellence looks like!” 💙✨ We’re proud to introduce a special initiative that shines a spotlight on the incredible individuals who make our community so special. Through this campaign, we’re excited to feature members of our Care Team by sharing their stories, passions, and the meaningful impact they make each day.
We’re excited to highlight some of the outstanding Care Team members from our Bloomington community who bring compassion, dedication, and heart to everything they do:
🌟 Renae Flynn, UM LPN (2 months) shares, “I couldn’t have found a better place to work. Everyone is welcoming and makes you feel like you belong the minute you walk in the door. I feel appreciated and included here. I love seeing the joy on residents’ faces.”
🌟 JoAnn Dodge, RN (32 years) says, “I love the teamwork here and caring for our residents—it gives me a sense of fulfillment. Being aware of residents’ needs and making sure those needs are met is what excellence in healthcare means to me.”
🌟 Rhochelle Cowans, Activity Assistant (6 years) shares, “The thing that keeps me showing up is the residents—interacting with them, caring for them, and making sure they stay socially active. My co-workers are great and we have an overall great team.”
🌟 Ashley Lehr, CNA (6 years) says, “I’m happy and comfortable here. Our team is the best and I get along with everyone. Caring for the residents is what drives me, and it makes my day to see them well cared for and smiling.”
🌟 Joshua Baker, Dietary Cook (2 years) shares, “I love helping people, working with great people, and giving back to the community. This is the place I belong—I want to retire here.”
