With more than twenty years of diverse clinical experience, Sangeetha brings a thoughtful, patient‑centered approach to care. Beautiful sunny weather, the stunning backdrop of Minnehaha Falls, and thousands of walkers all moving toward a world free of MS.

We were proud to return for our third year as the Hydration Station sponsor, keeping participants—and their furry family members—refreshed throughout the event.

Thanks to this amazing community, more than $550,000 (and counting!) was raised to support MS research and vital programs for those living with MS.

Today, we honor the strength of those living with Parkinson’s disease and the families, caregivers, and communities who support them. At Noran Neurology, our Movement Disorders subspecialists are dedicated to providing expert, compassionate care for individuals at every stage of their Parkinson’s journey.

Parkinson’s disease is a progressive condition of the central nervous system, caused by the gradual loss of nerve cells that produce dopamine. This loss leads to many of the symptoms people experience, including:
• Tremor at rest
• Slowed movement (bradykinesia)
• Muscle stiffness or rigidity
• Changes in walking, balance, speech, sleep, mood, and memory

Our team understands how deeply these symptoms can affect daily life—simple tasks like walking, writing, or drinking from a glass can become challenging. That’s why our specialists work closely with each patient to develop individualized treatment plans that may include medications, exercise, surgical options such as deep brain stimulation (DBS), and supportive therapies.
