📸 𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗞 𝘀𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆…

Dr. Brownstone performed his very last LASIK procedure before retiring at the end of this year. The honor went to his patient Kyle Yap - local acoustic artist and singer who performs across the Midwest. 🎶

Fittingly, Dr. Brownstone is also a musician - making today’s final LASIK feel like a beautiful full-circle moment. 🎹🎸

Since 1997, he’s been helping people see more clearly with LASIK. Thousands of eyes, countless lives forever changed. After more than two decades of vision-changing work, today marks an exciting, emotional, and meaningful milestone in his career. 💙

We couldn’t let this day pass without capturing and celebrating this incredible moment. Please join us in honoring Dr. Brownstone as he steps closer to retirement and leaves behind a legacy of clearer vision for so many. 🎉✨

Last month, Dr. Crockett performed her final cataract and corneal procedures at Eastland Medical Plaza Surgicenter ahead of her upcoming retirement. 👏👏
For years, she’s shared her expertise and compassion with patients, helping countless people see the world more clearly. Her steady presence in the OR will be deeply missed - especially by the surgical technicians and staff, who posed for a special farewell photo to celebrate her incredible career. 💙

About VisionPoint

Our eye care professionals have worked side-by-side in the community for over 25 years. And now, we're combining our patient-centered expertise to provide you full scope, life-changing medical eye care backed by trust, integrity, and compassion.

We have selected the name VisionPoint Eye Center as the name for the new practice because it represents our core values. The word “Vision” is both literal in describing what we do, but it also acknowledges that we are forward-thinking and have a vision for the future. The word “Point” signifies this central place where all our practices come together and the primary location our patients receive care.

The emblem that we have chosen has three interconnecting circles that represent our interconnecting values of medical excellence, patient-centered care and our interdependence as a team. These circles also represent the three vision sciences that are merging: Ophthalmology, Optometry, and Opticianry. The shape that immerges in the center of these three circles is that of an eye – the focal point of our services.
