I am grateful for everyone’s continued support, my schedule has been remaining busy! Due to this I have less flexibility fitting clients in, especially last minute, please keep this in mind when scheduling your appointments. My schedule gets booked out 14 days in advance. Also because of this, when an appointment does not show or cancels with less than 24 hours notice it really hinders my schedule. I do have a waitlist to fit clients in sooner if there are cancellations. Due to this and frequent cancellations and no shows recently, I am adjusting my cancellation policy and starting to send text reminders for appointments starting July 1st.
The new cancellation, no show policy: clients should cancel or reschedule their appointment more than 24 hours before the start time, if the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the start time or do not show for their appointment then the first time there is no fee, second time the fee is half the price of the service, third time and after the fee will be the full service price.
