We are excited to welcome Brandon Houston, RN to our Carriages of Bloomington TEAM as our Director of Nursing! Brandon has been a Registered Nurse for 16 years with experience in Home Health, Skilled Care, Skilled Memory Care, Hospital Post Acute Rehab, and Hospital Intensive Care. Brandon graduated from Le Roy High School in 1999 and was proud to be a part of their State Championship Football Team. He moved to Bloomington/Normal when he started going to nursing school and has been local ever since. He has 3 children (5, 7, and 22) and 1 grandson who is 2 years old. Brandon ran the Bloomington/Normal Board Game Club for many years until the COVID pandemic hit. He taught all variety of board games to all ages from young Boy Scout groups to senior citizens. Brandon has a big heart and is excited to be a part of our Carriages Team. He says his goal here is to help our residents stay healthy in our Assisted Living/Memory Care as long as possible as he sees the many benefits to their overall quality of life in this setting. Welcome Brandon - We are so grateful to have you! 😊

Our scheduled musician wasn’t able to make it for Hymns, so our Life Enrichment girls & resident Pat filled in! ♥️ They all enjoyed it & did a great job! (Only one person left after a couple of songs) 🤣

SCN is local networking group consisting of 40+ individuals/agencies that service seniors, as well as a philanthropy organization that does so much good for our area seniors.
