Announcing Poetry Flow with Maria!✨ August’s focus will be Rupi Kaur, Home Body. This will be a once monthly class to Flow together and discuss the selected poetry. This 75-minute practice will explore yoga philosophy through a flow practice and reflective discussion related to this month’s focus poet. All are welcome, whether you’ve read one poem, many, or none at all. Class will open with some reading and discussion of poems by this month’s poet (participants are invited to bring in a favorite to share), followed by a gentle flow class with mindful breath and movement.💫

Vibe get-together over the weekend!✨ Nothing beats getting out of the studio and into the sunshine (or rain!) with this crew. We played, laughed, dodged the weather, and made the best pool day playlist. Grateful for a team that shows up with heart—on and off the mat. We love this squad! 🩵
