Heidi is the Patient Care Manager at Gentiva Hospice in Bloomington. She has been with us since 2021. Heidi's favorite part of working in hospice is the team we have built in the Bloomington and the way we are able to come together every day to respond to our patient’s needs. She believes it is an honor to be included at the end of each patient’s journey. Heidi's energy, positivity, and empathy set an example for nursing excellence.
