With hearts full of gratitude, this sacred group of wise and loving women came together to celebrate the practice of gratitude and in honor of letting go of Ekah’s brick and mortar location. And I am grateful ❤️
Ekah has been preparing for transition and transformation for some time. But as you know dear reader, change is hard, and yet the process of letting go often leads to something so beautiful…. often unknown.
We celebrated gratitude so deeply and so lovingly, that it’s no wonder I can still feel so much vibration in my body and in my heart today.
I know I speak for Ekah’s teachers and loving members, when I say, community had been our revered altar.
Over the years, nearly a decade, so many people if all colors, shapes, ethnicity, and spirituality have walked through our door feeling accepted and loved. Our space provided a vessel of hope, where diversity was honored, and unity upheld. And as it is known, and through our name. We are all connected, we are one. Ekah.
I thank you loving community and I am grateful. I am grateful for your support over these years during my personal times of high and of low, stability and instability, growth and even retraction, in times of darkness and in times of light. Thank you for being a solid rock in my life as I have fully grown into motherhood. I have been honored and blessed to work with so many amazing teachers and human beings over the years. The people we surround ourselves with influence and inspire who we are. And if I may, attribute much of my own wellness to this light. Then I know, I will continue to shine, and our community will continue to shine, on and off the mat, with or without our sacred physical space. And gratitude prevails!
Namaste dear ones. The light in me honors and sees the light in you❤️
