Only a few months ago, I was India listening to Hindu priests reciting 108 names of the Goddess. My meditation teacher blows the horn. My Ayurvedic therapists showed me so much love & care. I’m missing them dearly & can’t wait to see them again. It was so beautiful to experience the blending of faiths in harmony. My therapists are Christian so we bonded over Jeshua & I showed them my great-grandma’s crucifix that I take with me on my travels. The ashram is a blend of Christians and Hindus & it showed me what interfaith harmony feels like. It really is a vibration that radiates from the understanding that God is truly Many in One.

Almost halfway through panchakarma detox. The first night I slept here (about 2 weeks ago now), I had 3 dreams. The 1st was of s*xually fawning to an aggressive, abusive male. The 2nd was of lightning strikes attacking boys wading in the sea. The 3rd was of pulling a psycho-spiritual parasite out of my gut. I was in the bath as I pulled it out. I jumped out the bath & burned it. The last thing I saw before waking up was the parasite head in bath, turn and face me with this very dense, ominous resonance that was intelligent. It did not like ME at all. Fast forward, my Ayurveda doctor scheduled my major detox for the week of Thanksgiving. Literally purging on Nov. 28. Serendipitous but so karmically aligned. I followed the guidance - no work. None of this has been “logical” by the way. Everything “western” in me is screaming “money! security! sales fomo!” but Spirit brought me here so Spirit guides me through. I brought the book, “Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee” with me to read and process while I was here. I knew I wanted to pray into the roots of dark in this world right now. So I’ve been in a karmic reckoning. 2 days into the detox regimen, my left eye starts to puff like it’s enflamed. Weird cause it’s impossible to maintain poor hygiene here. 2 Daily treatments + showers afterward. Doesn’t make sense. I finished the major detox regimen yesterday. Last night I have another dream. Political upheaval. The heir to a current fascist leader is being prepared. His spirit is torn amidst the programming of his “father” & the climate (both actual & political) he is inheriting & the legacy he leaves. The violence in his subordinates is overwhelming to him. They are literally going insane, more belligerent and unable to become organized. I wake up this morning with bruising under my left eye, like the early stages of a black eye (it has subsided a bit now but still there). I’m purging karma on some levels for sure but this last dream felt REAL. Like I was living it out. I was 17 when I first started university, destined to be a “great screenwriter”. 10 years later, a few sexual assaults and a quarter-life crisis later, I’m here. Picking up the pieces where I left them and reassembling for myself a different self-image and future. I know screenplays are still in that future but this time, I’m learning what I want to write about. Any guesses what that is? 😋

As the trial of Derek Chauvin over the murder of George Floyd commences, I call on all my prayer warrior, intercessor, light and shadow working friends to draw the power and principality of slavery into the almighty Light. The ancestral trauma of historic chattel slavery. The present traumas of prison labor slavery, drug-related slavery, human trafficking slavery. All forms of it. The world is a crazy place right now. Everything feels upside down and every sign coming at me is telling me to brace for some deep energetic shake ups. In this moment, when my old spiritual guides are drowning in waves of fear, I am embracing gratitude and detachment and, most importantly, joy. I invite joy into my life through the little things, like simply enjoying some tea. This picture was taken back long before COVID and is a very joyous memory for me. Fast forward to now and I could be upset and let lower vibrations grip me because life is much different now...or I can smile because I still have some tea downstairs.
