Support your health during this transition to winter--dry heat, less outside and exercise, and holiday stress. Cut up a bunch of raw garlic and put it in a small jar of raw honey. Keeps well out of the fridge. Take a teaspoon in the morning or put some on your toast, tortillas or potatoes if you're courageous. (Add raw ginger, lemon (including peel), cinnamon, and turmeric, if you have it.)
