Independent Living Partners LLC is a Home and Community-Based social services agency. We provide Personal Care Assistant (PCA) services, Community First Services and Supports (CFSS), and 245D services—both in the home and in the community—for elderly individuals and people with disabilities.

At ILPS, we believe our role is to support our clients’ choices, helping them achieve greater independence and live fulfilling, meaningful lives at home and in the community.

We are proud of our growing PCA and CFSS programs, supported by our commitment to paying our PCAs more than any other agency in the state. This approach ensures we maintain a stable and dedicated workforce for the benefit of our clients.

Our PCA workers start at $20 per hour and can earn up to $22.16, based on DHS tier-based experience rates.
