We are proud to serve you. Martin Luther Campus is managed by Ebenezer, Minnesota's largest senior living operator.
As part of the Ebenezer family of Senior Care communities, we are dedicated to helping older adults and others make their lives more independent, healthful, meaningful, and secure. It is our goal to respond to the physical, psychological, social and spiritual dimensions of the whole person, encouraging continued learning and innovation, and striving for excellence in all that we do. Ebenezer is the senior housing division of Fairview Health Services and has 100 years of experience serving older adults. We have been innovators with being the first assisted living in Minnesota, and have an attached long term care, or traditionally called a "nursing home". We are proud to have been serving Bloomington for over 50 years!

Martin Luther Campus loves our spot on the edge of the Minnesota River and our beautiful woods. It provides a tranquil environment for enjoyment and healing—and perfect viewing of all kinds of wildlife, from turkeys and birds to our beloved deer. We recently had a visit from this special one.
As the old saying goes, “A deer with one antler is a symbol of resilience, reminding us that even after challenges, we can continue to grow and thrive.”
It’s a beautiful reminder to us all to keep pushing forward, finding joy, meaning, and purpose at every age.
Thanks for the visit, deer one! 🦌

Our friends at Martin Luther Care Center had some Lifelong Learning fun making paper birds! 🐦🎨
Everyone designed their own paper using crayons and watercolor, then put the pieces together so their birds could move. Each one turned out colorful, different, and full of personality.
We so enjoyed spending time with our art friends!

Our Meadow Woods residents had a wonderful time creating clay pieces with Northern Clay! Working with clay is a great way to use our hands, get creative, and keep our fingers moving and strong.
It’s also a special time to relax, visit, and enjoy each other’s company. Our instructor Susan is amazing, and it’s always such a treat when she brings our projects back fired, finished, and shining in all their glory!

What a treat! Our wonderful Meadow Woods resident, Pat, turned lunch into a family celebration. She invited her loved ones—including a professional piano player—to share music with everyone. Pat even sang along, adding her own special touch!
We love seeing families support their loved ones and bring joy to our entire community.

Some days you just feel pretty. 💜
Nancy shared that she was delighted to be wearing a special skirt she found years ago—it’s one of those pieces that just makes you smile when you put it on. Moments like these remind us how important it is to feel comfortable, confident, and at home. At Meadow Woods Assisted Living, it’s the little joys—favorite outfits, friendly faces, and a welcoming community—that make each day a good day.
Our residents at Martin Luther Care Center love Noodle Ball! It’s simple: grab a balloon, a pool noodle, and a volleyball net, then see how long you can keep the balloon in the air! Fun, great exercise, and full of laughter — a favorite around here! 🎈

Our very own receptionist, Michele, recently treated residents at Martin Luther Care Center to a special “Armchair Tour” of her trip to visit her daughter in Germany. 🌍✈️
A proud mama, Michele shared highlights from her travels through Germany, Austria, and London, England—including magical Christmas markets, highlights of Mozart and The Sound of Music, beautiful concerts, famous sights, unique souvenirs and of course delicious food. 🎄🎶
Residents loved hearing about her adventures and even shared travel stories of their own. It was a wonderful way to experience another part of our big, beautiful world—right in the Great Room!
A special thank you to Michele for sharing her journey with us.❤️
