We had such a blast in the Arbor with a mix of show‑and‑tell and a talent show. Some shared their favorite dog, and the touching story that makes it so special. They taught us the Swedish word for love: kärlek (pronounced: "share-leck"), which is also the name of their dog! We also enjoyed some professional hula dancing, and learned that our very own Campus Pastor Jeff was a drummer in a past life!

We had the absolute best time hosting a Glamour Shots day for our residents, and let’s just say... the camera loves them. But honestly? The "getting ready" part might have been even more fun than the photoshoot itself!

Behind the Scenes Chaos:
The Accessory Station: There were enough feather boas, pearls, and vintage hats to outfit a Broadway musical.

The Diva Energy: We saw some serious "Blue Steel" looks and a few "I’m ready for my close-up" moments that would make Marilyn Monroe proud.

Non-Stop Giggles: From picking out the perfect shade of lipstick to the "glam squad" (our amazing staff) getting everyone camera-ready, the room was full of laughter and stories.

Seeing the spark in everyone’s eyes when they saw themselves in the mirror was the best part of the day. They aren't just "still got it"—they never lost it! 🌟

We had the best time striking poses and feeling fabulous during our glamour shots in the arbor. Everyone was treated to hair, makeup, nails, wardrobe, and jewelry before stepping in front of the camera, and the results were absolutely stunning.

A huge thank‑you to all the friends, families, and staff who helped make this day so special and so much fun. Our community truly shines when we come together.
