We asked Simon some questions and here is what he had to say.
What do you enjoy most about your job at Founders Ridge?
What I enjoy most is making a difference in the residents’ lives by improving their quality of life on a day-by-day basis, making them smile, and building good relationships with them and their family members. Teamwork and the collaborations that I find in my fellow coworkers and management are also what I enjoy about my job.
What has kept you at Founders Ridge?
My personal beliefs align perfectly with the PHS mission and values. I am deeply fulfilled by serving our residents, and the genuine appreciation I've received over the years is what motivates me. The strong sense of community and friendly teamwork among staff here makes this a truly enjoyable place to work.
