We are proud to share that Maureen Sollars, our AOK Network Coordinator, was recognized by McLean County System of Care for her collaborative work across agencies to improve outcomes for youth and families. We also want to acknowledge our AOK Parent Ambassador, Jessica Ramsey, who was recognized for her meaningful contributions on the Parent and Young Adult Advisory Board in support of families navigating care.

Our December System of Care (SOC) Council Meeting was a wonderful opportunity to network, celebrate successes from the past year, and recognize individuals and organizations whose dedication continues to strengthen our SOC.

2025 SOC Award Recipients
• Sgt. Nowers, Bloomington Police Department – Innovative Service Award for going above and beyond to promote the mission and vision of the System of Care in our community
• Jessica Ramsey – Advocate of the Year Award for outstanding leadership in improving systems and supporting others in navigating care
• Maureen Sollars – Collaborative Spirit Award for prioritizing cross-agency teamwork that improves outcomes for youth and families
• Zac Alvis – Community Champion Award recognizing a faith-based organization that has significantly advanced SOC values
• Bloomington Public Library – Innovative Organization Award for creatively expanding access to services for families, providers, and organizations
• Karisma Morris-Bush – Equity and Inclusion Award for advancing culturally responsive, inclusive, and accessible services

We are grateful for the passion, collaboration, and commitment of our partners. Wishing everyone a happy and healthy season—we’re excited for all that 2026 has in store for the System of Care!
